FS27 owns the activation boundary for the VantaCore service CRM pack: identity, tenant context, provider secrets, payment posture, mirrored proof events, and customer workspace approval. The 0S explains the lane; FS27 controls whether it can touch real customer operations.

FS27 contract

What FS27 owns for VantaCore.

FS27 registration and live workspace for the service-business CRM lane: lead firewall, booking, follow-up, review, revenue intelligence, and white-label client portals.
Activation rule: customer tenants cannot go live until provider choices are configured and proofed through FS27.
Persisted CRM API under /api/vantacore/crm for leads, bookings, follow-ups, reviews, summary, and activity.
Mirror event classification for source_app: vantacore-service-crm and provider-sensitive actions.
Boundary rule: VantaCore may consume FS27 auth, SkyePay posture, and 0S proof routing; it must not create parallel payment, identity, or tenant-authority systems.
